If you're unable to log in to the admin area of CompanySync, it may be due to a common issue of incorrect URL access or confusion between admin and client login portals. Follow these steps to resolve the issue.
1. Wrong URL Access
- Separate Login Portals:
- The admin area and client area have distinct login pages.
- Admins must log in at:
yourdomain.com/cs/admin - Clients log in at:
yourdomain.com/cs/clients
- Verify the URL:
- Double-check the URL you are using to ensure you're accessing the admin login page.
2. Forgotten Admin Credentials
- If you’ve forgotten your admin username or password:
